Should the government of Korea impose a tough internet law to its citizens?

This is a debate topic I have to find out about, and I'm on the affirmative team, meaning I have to find the advantages of doing so. How would internet laws help people in Korea? Please use as much statistics as possible...
 
At the very least Korea should do like America and monitor all web traffic and emails of the citizenry.

The terrorists are EVERYWHERE and they are going to blow us ALL up if we don't do something.

I have written my representatives and demanded that they get rid of the Fourth and First Amendment.

How can we maintain a free country with everyone having all of these rights???

Freedom may cost us our rights, but at least we will be free.
