For example watching a movie at home is free and watching a movie at a movie theatre costs money. Then what they have in common?

in a theatre even though your in front of more people you can still cry in the dark during movies. You get to watch 3D movie at a cheap price without those new t.v.s'. In a theatre you can get better concessions at a bad price.

Even though it's easier to watch a movie at home (less expensive, you can pause, etc.) it will never replace the experience at the movie theater. At the theater you go into a dark room, with other people you don't know and it's some kind of a sharing experience - sure, don't you feel you laugh harder or that it's funnier when the other people laugh? - and then there's the fact that movies are in 35mm, the best quality possible, and that the actors face can be 3 meters tall... and isn't it fun to feel the lound sound in your guts...

The last movie I saw was Inception at the IMAX... that experience I will never live again in a home theater.

When you're at home you can
1-You can pause a movie
2-You can play it when you want
3-Rewind and fast forward
But you can't
1-Be the first to see it
2-Appreciate the THX dolby sound
3-Get good 3-D effects
4-Bring your date(well you could but it's kind of lame)
5-Go to the mall immediately afterwards
