im skinny - about 42kg and I am about 156cm tall.
i have no fat on me... except i have a stomach bugle. a lil like im pregnant.
i constantly have it, not after i eat but most of the time... i think when i eat it gets a lil worse, but still its always there. why is this and how do i get rid of it ? and it doesnt help that im flat chested and my stomach bulges more than my boobs. HELP!!
I know i don't have a really good posture and I dont really know how to fix it, everything i try and do hurts my back. is this causing the problem? if yes, got any ideas that are quick and easy to fix my posture?
