Sleigh bell sound from belt in car?

Wen't to check out a 2003 hyunda elantra 4d gls 5 speed today. took it for a test drive and once i returned i noticed the belt was squeeking. And there was a selight "Sleigh bell" sound coming from the car in idle and while driving. The onwer said he would have the belt and belt pully repaired. I'm taking it for a test drive once again tomorrow, after it is fixed. ANY INFORMATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! :)
 
A pulley that has a bad bearing can make a sound that might be described in the way you have, so I think the owner is on the right track repairing the belt and pulley.

Seems the only major problems people report on this model of car is the radiator or the reservoir cracking. I saw 2 reports of that in reading over 50 reviews. If the price is right, I would buy it.
