I have been thinking about saving up for an iPhone, and more out of curiosity than anything, wondered about the following:
1) I was wondering if you can set an animated .gif image as an animated wallpaper on the iPhone?
2) Is the iPhone compatible with bitmap images?
3) Can you set any music file on the iPhone as a mail alert or ringtone?
I'd really appreciate any answers, and to hear about anyone's experience related to any of these questions (I'd test these myself but I don't have an iPhone to do so).
