Hello I am using the T-mobile service on my sony ericsson neo v which is unlocked. Ive had the phone for about a month or so now an it works great and everything but the internet is just really slow and ive noticed that unlike my other phones My Neo V doesnt connect to 2G,3G or 4G and i looked up my phone it should connect to 3G. so i dont know what to do or hope to change this but i just really need some 3G right now the internet is so slow and all i see on the status bar is E or H with 2 to sometimes 4 bars and my phone drops calls alot and breaks up i called tmobile and the guy was no help at all.
