The phone model is a Sony Ericsson W380i and sound wont play through the speaker on the outside of the phone, the one next to the camera, but it plays very quietly through the speaker at the top of the screen.
I can't bring up the volume and it's not on handsfree or silent mode so I don't know what's wrong.
