trainers or fitness experts out there? Hi iam 21 years old, am 5'3 and weigh 153. I have a schwinn airdynne bike machine to exercise ( it uses wind power and you move your arms and pedal too;).It is the hardest workout i ever have done ( i used to use an elliptical). About a month ago i started using it for 30 min. 5 days a week. I noticed myself getting slimmer. It got so tiring i dropped to 4 days and then 3 days... the last couple a weeks i got down to two days. im ashamed i know i can do it if i put my heart into it. I want to get down to 135-140 pounds and slim down for my wedding in april my dress is a size 8 (which i fit when i tryed it on two weeks ago). But i want this to be a lifestyle change as well to finanlly like what i see in the mirror! I feel like i am gaining weight or shape- shifting already. Anyhow, my question is this: which workout routine would be more effective in losing weight and keeping my metabolism up to firm and slim up? doing 30 min. 4 days a week or 20 min. 6 days a week? or any suggestions on a better idea? im eating blueberries, strawberries, banannas, oranges, apples, cauliflower, eggs on wheat english muffin. is this okay or what should i change? I am taking vitamins as well. Please help anyone?? Should i do an exercise video as well because i have a pilates one? ,Thank you for your time it is greatly appreciated.

eating oatmeal w/ raisins most mornings is a must.tuna mixed with veggies and lemon is one of my favs
stay away from soda and fast food and you should be good for the diet part
exercise every day even if its just 5 or 10 mins( but make em count) but try to do different things it doesn't really matter what just as long as you get your heart rate up
ex:machines, jogging, calisthenics(push and sit ups) sports like basketball, swimming, boxing
you get the point anything that gets you sweating and your heart pumping
you're welcome and hope it works out for you
I recommend boxing since it's so fun and you feel like you can actually do something with that skill
I lost 45 lbs cuz of boxing
