Starting out a gym. Is this going to be a good fitness routine? I'm 14 years...

...old, 4'10'', and 120 pounds.? Is this going to be a good plan for losing weight?
Well I'm 14 years old, 4'10'' and 120 pounds.
I want to be at around 100-105 pounds, since I'm quite short, and right now a little chunky. I want to lose weight off of my stomach and my thighs. (Bleh.)
I don't plan on going anorexic or anything though.

My friends and I are planning to go to the gym 2-3 times a week.
I'm going to spend about an hour and do stuff on the treadmill.
And for the day's I'm not going to go, I'll do a mix of jump rope and biking.

Is there anything else that I should do to make it better?

The gym is not that expensive,
it's only $1.50 for students. :)
