Stomach hurts when I sneeze or cough or laugh?

So when i was sleeping with my babybrother he went on my stomach and the next morning I woke up and when I got up i sneezed and my stomach hurted

Its very common for average person. Just its a gas. As a doctor i wanna say its a little gastrick or accidity problem that can be solved by a proper medicine..
