Alright, so I tried doing the calculation for this, but it doesn't seem right. Someone check it for me? Im just baffled right now.
So I know that the Government takes an average of 20-35% out of each paycheck, correct?
Well say I was going to be a Social Worker. They make an average of $30-44,000 a year.
Lets say I was making $35,000. That would mean I was making around $2,915 a month. Now taking say, 20% out of that and it comes out to about $583 a month!? That has to be a joke.
I'm in High School and I am going to be moving out in a few weeks and I just barely got a job, but I never really thought about this until about now.
Does this seem accurate?'cause if it is, than the Government is more messed up than I thought(No Disrespect but this is BullS.hit.
Haha this is me on an angry rant. Thanks though<3
Haha oops.
Okay so I would get around $583 taken out. I was just in too big of a rant to think that out.
BUT STILL. Thats messed up.
I give so much support and appreciation to everyone that deals with this.
