Telus 2wire router question! internet?

i have a 2wire 2700HG-E and room mate reset router last night and now we are having troubles connecting it wirelessly with our lap tops and ps3s, it asks for a wep key so we type in the one under serial number on bottom of router but now it says limmited or no connectivity, what could possibly be the problem? its not the firewall

That's not the correct wep key. You will need to set up your own wep key by going to http://192.168.1.254 on a computer which is wired to the modem and go into your wireless settings. If you continue to have problems, contact telus.
