Texas Parent Taught Driver's Education -- Websites?

I know that I have to pay $20 for the Parental Driver Education Affidavit, DL-90A, but once I get that, do I just start with what they give me? There are also a ton of websites listed for parent taught driver's education, I don't have to enroll in any of them to teach my daughter, do I?

Also, do I have to take any tests at the offices along with my daughter?
