I have a nokia 6220 classic on Virgin UK and when the keypad is locked and I receive a text message, the assinged tone does not play, only a short quiet beep. I have looked in profiles and tried different ones, but nothing seems to fix it. Sound plays fine when keypad not locked. Does anybody know how to fix this issue or know what is causing it?
