the best routine on treadmill and stationary bike for weight loss?

I want to loss weight healthily and rapidly. I want to lose 60lbs by the end of the year (2009).
I would really like to lose belly fat but I don't know which exercise is the best. I am 5'2" and weight 218 lbs. Please help me!!! My goal 160 lbs! Any suggestions also in a good diet!!!

Hi Dear

Eat a balanced diet. It would help if you include fruits and vegetables with high water content like water melon, sprouts, mushrooms,etc.
Work for at least one hour on treadmill or bike. Don't eat before your exercise. Eat within one hour of doing exercise as the metabolism is high at that time.
