The left side of my face isn't working properly like the right side...could

i have Bells palsy? ugh!! I'm so frustrated! So, it started last night, the left side of my face is being weird! For example, i can wink just fine with my right eye, but when i try to wink with my left eye, it seems like i have to really think about it and use my mussles (im not sure how to spell that) and when i smile, the right side of my smile is normal but the left side is crooked..my face doesnt hurt and its not numb..i did realize yesterday that below the left side of my bottom lip was twitching..i didn't think it was normal..could i have bells palsy??
