The Mercedes company towed my mother's car a week ago because she didn't pay the loans. How will she be able to get it back? She has called the company and they said they were going to send a letter to us telling us how we can get it back, and we have not received a letter yet and I believe it's been more than a week. How does one usually get their car back after it's been towed away?
