The Sound Function keys on my Packard bell laptop arent working?

I bought my Packard bell laptop yesterday and when using it yesterday all the function keys worked, now all of them work except for the sound ones, i havent bashed my lasptop or anything so its not to damage... can anyone help? looked online for help but cant find anything.

If you are able to get sound in laptop but only the sound keys are not working then the issue is with the keys or with the volume or button software that is required for this keys to work, reinstall the software to resolve the issue. If there is no sound at all then I recommend you to reinstall the sound drivers and check for the issue.
