There is a bike parked outside my house on yellow lines?

This random bike has been parked outside our house on yellow line for the last two weeks. Should I report the bike? My dad said maybe it was stolen or something and that I should report it since he can't do anything while he's overseas. (It hasn't moved an inch since I spotted it Thursday before last.)
I live in Brisbane.
Being an L licence driver, I am scared I might hit it, as it is literally on the edge of our driveway.

Should I just ignore it or report the number plate to someone just in case?
 
google your local police station, get there number, call them up and tell them, it's probably stolen, if it's not then they will just leave it.

if it is, then someone will get there bike back, and someone else wont be joy rideing and possibly killing themselves or someone else.
