it doesn't excuse a shopping trolley that is front weighted.

it's literally impossible to turn properly, instead you have to make it rotate around its front end, essentially making YOU go around the trolley, instead of steering.
 
We should start a civil action against Ikea for discrimination against small people!
 
if you get here, we should go to ikea and steer a trolley between the two of us just to spite them.

btw wasn't this initially in reaction to wonky medicine? seems like an awfully long time for it to still happen.
 
Oh I'm ok. Just have to avoid doing certain head/neck movements. Or flying into rages for that matter...Otherwise I'm fine
 
keep the cup in the fridge, do something somewhere else, and run to the fridge and back when you want a sip?
 
well... I just added up my calories intake 1100 and exercise 600 so I can probably get away with the milk
 
I signed up on Lose It but everything is in American units, so my calorie estimations are probably way out

Breakfast 250 to 320cal, Lunch 440-500cal, Dinner 290-680cal, Snacks 0-540cal: 1000-2000cal

Exercise 20mins cycling, 15mins running, from 30mins to 1hr 30 weights, and/or 20mins to 1hr circuit-type exercises: 670-820cal
