I'll need to try those. For rotational exercises I just do KB Windmills, Russian Twists with a med ball, Halos with a BB plate and Resistance band punches
This is the closest I could come up with, using a Kettlebell. I tend to do less squat and more rotation in the upper body than appear in the first vid with a 15 or 20kg plate, the ones with a hand hole on each side are good for grip. Also with the barbell plate that weight also quite large its a challenge to get it to clear the top of my head particularly at the end of a set. Unlike the second vid I also add in the diagonal movement across the body from the first vid.
