How can you dislike Renzo? Never seen a man enjoying life us much as that dude.
And Rickson? He's the man surely? You ever seen "Choke"? He's awesome.

Renzo I've disliked since I saw him boot Marquardt in the face after a fight and I have a feeling he was in the Strikeforce Brawl too? Rickson was actually the guy who first introduced me to the word "jujitsu" so I don't mind him. I never said it was a rational dislike
 
C'mon, FOD, you gotta be more specific. So is it MILK chocolate, DARK chocolate, or the ever tantalizing chocolate TRUFFLE, that you desire most?


Of course, I'm not saying you can't like all 3 (I certainly do), but if I had to put them in order of least liked to most liked, then I already did.
 
also, just remembered that i saw today that the fun part of the gym has a spare plate rack, which likely means that if i an consistently get there at around midday i'll be able to do stronglifts by hogging all the really small plates so i can actually do the 2.5 kilo increments (did i mention i hate imperial measurement?)

Set up a spreadsheet that does all the conversions for you! Due to my crappy mish mash of weights, I work in both lbs and kilos and jump around between the two.

nah, that conversion's easy. you can't get the exact numbers, but a kg is 2.2 lbs, so for a 5 lbs increase like stronglifts requires, i just increase 2.5 kilos. the problem is having the plates beforehand, but that area of the gym (hell, the gym itself) is always a ghost town right after midday, so i just eat, go and lift to my heart's content.
