think this idea will jumpstart my weight loss?

please answer the questions i ask ?
i'am thinking of decreasing my carbs to 100 grams or less
sample :
b: whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese whey protein with skim milk
s:salad with tuna chicken breast on side low fat dressing on salad
d: lean meat(steak,chicken breast etc) veggies,cauliflower
s: casein protein
i aslo lift weihts 4 day split followed by 20 mins cardio
on non lifting days i do about 30 mins of cardio and ab work

for cardio i was doing treadmill running now wlll switch it up to the elipitical to give knees a break

question is will this serve to help me lose weight

btw my salad has peas cucumbers lettuce tomatoes in it

give opnions please but stick to the question thanks
