Torrent File -> Actual Movie?

Please dont accuse me of stuff, i just ant to know how to do it.
well, i downloaded utorrent and then downloaded some movie. It's saved in my usb as a torrent file. Every time i click on it, my client starts to seed. It takes a long time to seed and i dont want to seed it. is there some way to convert the torrent file into an actual movie that is playable?

The torrent file must be downloaded first. No way to convert it to an actual movie, not that i know much about downloading movies
