I'm trying to watch a dvd on my laptop and when I close the drive it starts making a noise and it will bring up my disk but when it starts to play it freezes. Can I fix this problem by myself or do I need professional help?
Dvd drive is one of those mechanical things left in the computer. I would probably get a pro to reinstall the OS because you may have too much running causeing cpu problems.
