Toshiba Sattelite a300 windows 7 problem?

I've recently installed windows 7 on my toshiba notebook and here's the problem :
I start it it appears as my display driver is not installed, it doesn't recognize my keyboard and my touch pad , only my usb mouse .
I restart it , and everything is ok .
I restart it again and the same problem ...
 
Use the windows update option to automatically download and install drivers.
just type update in the search box in the start menu. select Windows update option.
 
The ATI video drivers do need an update for Win 7. You can get the drivers at the Toshiba downloads site. You need to know which A300 you have... A300-ST3511, A300-ST3512, A300-ST4004, A300-ST4505,or A300-ST6511 then just get the right drivers you should work just fine.

Did you manage to fix this problem ?
I encountered exactly the same problem on toshiba A300 15K :/
 
updating BIOS from 2.70 to 4.20 fixed the problem

why nobody shared experience ? :/
