Touch screen no longer working on my Samsung Epix?

This is my 2nd Epix in 1 yr. Touch screen stopped working on the last one too, but it was still under warranty. Now it's not. I tried a hard reset, but now the "align screen" page is up and, with the touch screen not functioning, I am unable to align the screen. So, now I am stuck. Suggestions?
