every time i try to open trend micro internet security, i get the following message:

no matter which option i choose, yes or no, the box stays open, meaning i can only close it with the X button in the top right corner. the dialog box with this message open many times, usually around 50, and even when i close them all, its only a matter of seconds before they pop up again. even if they didn't open up all over again, the window is completely blank, so i cant run scans or update the program.
how can i fix this?
I'm running on windows vista home premium SP1, although i don't think that's the problem, I've been using this same computer for a year and a half and this is the first time I've run into this problem.
