much will it cost to replace? Is there a way to use my truck with a broken ignition switch. It seem like they tried to steal my truck but were not succesfull and just damaged where the key goes and ofcourse stole my stereo. Now I can't put the key in since it's broken what do you recommend. The truck is a Chevy Silverado 2007 Classic series crew cab Thanks
 
if they just messed up the switch. it can be replaced for around $20 PLUS LABOR .any body shop can do the repair. now if you truck has the keys with the chip in them.. then it will cost you around $250 for a new switch plus labor. if you fix the switch where toy can use it any one can steal you truck then.. you need to get it repaired.
