Green bean casserole is not healthy.

Don't eat any refined carbs.

Multi-grain rice cakes are healthy, low calorie, and very versatile. Try almonds, they come in a multitude of flavors. Don't drink in your calories, stick with water and low calorie beverages and eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juices.

I've also been trying to eat healthier lately! Some of the things I've been snacking on are Fat Free Graham Crackers, grapefruit, fresh pineapple (some grocery stores will even core it for you for free if you ask), and Fat Free Italian Ice instead of ice cream.

If you like fish, lately my roommate and I have been cooking white fish (cod, whatever you like best, etc.) and then making fish tacos with fresh tomato, lettuce and onion. Salsa is very good for you (but read the nutrition facts for any added sugar, etc.), and I also heard that eating hot sauce with your meals can help you to feel more full (and it's good for skin - just don't put it on your skin). I've also been eating barilla whole grain pasta with just a little bit of olive oil and fresh chopped garlic.

I don't know if that was any help, just figured I'd let you know what I've found works well for me! Good luck!
