ugh I just want to vent about school and brother?

I am 21 and in college. I am a full time student do a whole bunch of work. My next semester is going to kill me, I am taking Chemistry, Physics, Math, and Anatomy and Physiology. I know its a lot but I have these goals that I need to meet. I work but only for 2 days a week and for only 6 hours. I dont let work get in the way of school because school and really important to me. My brother is 17 and has a car and I don't. He got money from my dad and I didn't just because I am older. I can't afford a car. He skips school and does other bad things and when I need his car I am not allowed to take it.

My mom has a car but currently my sisters fiance needs it to go to work so I can't take that. I don't know what I am going to do. I don't even know how to tell my mom about my work load next semester. I love my mom but she lets my brother get away with too much. He got suspended from school for a day and she let him go out all day that day with no punishment.

I don't really have a question. Maybe some advise would be nice and sorry I'm so mad about this.
