are still LEGAL (allowed)? Some guns are still legal, subject to certain restrictions, in the UK. http://www.sportingshooter.co.uk/guns-and-shooting/useful-stuff/firearms-law

Considering the fact that police have attacked people who were exercising their legitimate right to protest, such as Brian Haw who has staged a one-man protest against the Iraq War which has caused the deaths of so many British soldiers, will you buy a gun whilst you still can, in case the government and police rip up even more of our rights?

Remember that Walter Wolfgang, A LABOUR MEMBER, was held under the Terrorism Act for disagreeing with Jack Straw's version of events http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/4292342.stm

Our lack of gun rights makes it easier for the police to ignore rights - they have guns, most of us don't. And those who do still need to keep the guns locked safely away and unloaded (but in an emergency, what's to stop you pulling our your gun, loading it, and defending yourself against corrupt government or police?)

So will you get a gun whilst you still can, in case you ever need to take it out of it's safety cabinet, load it, and use it to defend yourself against corrupt officials?
