Unable to buy Call of Duty World At War PS3 Map Pack 1?

For some reason it won’t accept any of my credit cards. It just says an error has occured Has anyone else had the same problem? It’s really annoying me now. As my mates just told my brother that he has had no problems buying it. And if you ask were there any problems before when I bought something from the PlayStation store, then the answer is no. As I have never tried to buy anything until now.
 
Reason is cause its just come out and lots of people are trying to acsess the store, so theres too much going on, it happened to my brothers but they have it now
