unable to connect to internet after formatting w/ windows xp?

i have a asus nagami2 motherboard. in device manager i get a ?! other pci bridge device, ?!pci device, ?!pci simple communication controller, ?! sm bus controller, ?! usb controller and ?! unknown device. where do i get the drivers? or what do i need to do?
