Upgraded iPod to iOS 4.3 and now its stuck on the iTunes Logo and USB Cable?

So i just tried to upgrade my iPod to iOS 4.3 and now it's stuck, it says its in recovery mode but iTunes doesn't read it, it isn;t jailbreaked or anything like that, so how can i fix it? :(
