Uploading and burning Playstation 1 games?

I have all these old playstation games that still work, but my PS2 is really old and can't seem to read the discs anymore, but it can read PS2 discs and DVDs. Is there any way I can upload the files from the PS discs and burn them onto another disc so I can play it on my PS2 or possibly my PS3? I've tried installing emulators, but it's a little too tedious for me to set up and what not.
