Using "Google Music", can I transfer all of my iTunes songs to my new Android phone?

Using "Google Music", can I transfer all of my iTunes songs to my new Android phone?

From what I saw on "Google Play", it looks like I can sync all my iTune songs to Google's cloud, then downlowd them back to my computer or device..... Is that how it works?

Also, can I continue to buy songs through iTunes in the future and sync them over to Android?

Are there better apps to use for this?
