The Radiation Oncology Department at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney has become the first in Australia to be formally accredited by Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR), the world leader in radiotherapy, as a teaching facility for image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT).
