i bought this vehicle back in august & the guy i bought it from got it from a dealership and never put the title in his name and sold me the car giving me the title that wasnt in his name it was still in the dealerships name but he signed it. soo im stuck with nothing to drive because dmv cant put it in my name since its in the guys name i bought it from. i already spoke with dmv & the dealership that the guy bought it from and they say they cant do anything and he wont return any of my calls or anything... anyone know how i can get this straight ???
