So I have the Droid Eris and it has so many problems (super slow, cant hear the other person in a call, turns off by itself alot, horrible battery life, touch screen is super slow, etc) even though I have barely anything on the phone. I have the whole memory card free and only a few apps becuase I factory reset the phone as HTC said to do. Will verizon replace my phone if I bought it in April and will they just give me another Eris or what because the Eris is not sold anymore?
