okay, so it was working fine, and nothing spilled on it, its been on my desk with nothing else on it. and it all started when i got a call. the screen is all these colors & lines, i cant see anything. its letting me make calls, but i cant see the screen. help please! i tried to plug it in/turn it off/ etc.
