W580i won't send files via bluetooth?

I turn on the bluetooth and make it visible (i get a black icon next to the signal bars at the top) and it connects with the other device sends the code and everything but when I try to send a file it says it can't find the device. This is really only a problem when I want to go from phone to phone other wise I just use the usb cord for the computer. Its rather annoying that I can't send things to a different phone.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
I don't have a bluetooth head set so I have no idea if it works that way or not.
 
I'm also a user and I have never got such a problem before. Check whether the different phone has turned on the bluetooth with the visibility "yes". If you have checked and that the phone just can't transfer files no matter what, contact your phone distributor or go down to the phone shop that you purchase the phone or go to the Sony Ericsson company in your country.
