Was my prediction correct in calling the Dem "revolt" against Obama a dog and...

...pony show for for the far left? Congress and Obama staged a "revolt" on the tax bill to appease anyone not bright enough to see through the stage props. In the end nothing changed so Obama can deliver his tax cut to the rich and famous even though he vilified them throughout his lie-based campaign.

Thoughts?
 
he wants everyone to "THINK" that he want to increase the taxes on the rich but he knows that the republicans will block it so he just says he wants it knowing very well it won't pass and he will get hundreds of millions for campaigns from them
 
It's a win win situation for the republicans and liberals in office if the tax cuts expire, but neither one wants to be seen as the party allowing it. So they put on a show to misdirect the people.

I've noticed the left has backed themselves into a corner on issues, the strong media/party dislike towards issues over the years has caused a no compromise ideology for the left. They see one way, the way that has been pushed on them for so long.
