...MasterCard this November 2011? I booked a Norwegian Cruise Nov 2011 and was offered a MasterCard with a $250 credit to be used for anything on the ship. I received no information about this credit and called Norwegian soon after receiving the card. After 20 minutes of waiting they told me to call another number they knew nothing. At the next number I called they did not seem to know about the on-board credit but finally said that I needed to activate and use the card 8 weeks prior to sailing to get the $250 on-board credit. I did that and now 10 weeks later again no one knows much. When I first called they said I had no on-baord credit. Finally they said I have a $150 on-board credit and emailed me proof of it. I am positive it should be a $250 credit. My question is, was Norwegian offering a MasterCard with a $250 on-board credit in Nov 2011?
