Websites for FREE and AS LEGAL AS POSSIBLE mp3 downloads?

Yeah I know, its not good and its illegal. But are there any websites that have free and legal mp3 files to download? Rock music, if it matters.

If you want to get free legal music, try downloading a recording software program called Audacity. It is 100% free and comes with no virus. Once you have downloaded Audacity and have installed the LAME Mp3 encoder, all you have to do is to set the recording mode on Stereo Mix and play the song. You may need to adjust the volume on Audacity and also the volume on the song when you are recording.
 
illegal is illegal. there's no varying degree of downloading illegal music. Maybe a file sharing site? I don't know of a good one.
