If you want to get free legal music, try downloading a recording software program called Audacity. It is 100% free and comes with no virus. Once you have downloaded Audacity and have installed the LAME Mp3 encoder, all you have to do is to set the recording mode on Stereo Mix and play the song. You may need to adjust the volume on Audacity and also the volume on the song when you are recording.
