Weight issues? vegetarian? Tennis?

Im 15, 5'8 and weigh 172 punds. =|
Tennis started a week ago and we practice from 3 to 5 after school
I became a vegetarian about 2 months ago and since, i have been gaining weight. WTF??!?!?!?!
What can i do?
Exactly a year ago i was 147 pounds. And i wasn't a vegetarian.
I eat healthier now. ALOT more than i used to and im gaining weight?
What kind of bull is that!!!
I drink lots of apple juice and water. I usually eat normal sandwiches with no meat. (ham, bologna, etc.)
What can i do to be a normal weight?
Some nurse told me 147 was the perfect weight for my height.
How can i get back on track?
