Weight loss question, PLEASE help? How fit can i realistically get by December 2009?

My wedding is december, i am 209lbs i have a bigger muscular buld. but quite the gut!. How fit and Toned could i get by december. i have already lost 15lbs . I do the Wii fit every day, Yoga and Arobics, and some strength training for about 40 mins, and twice a week go do the elypcital at the gym. Its harder to change my diet but i have significantly cut down on my portion sizes.... What else can i do. I am a size 16 but only for my thighs and gut. my calfs are In great shape.


So Please any suggestions and Estimates.. Could i actually get to a dress size 12 by this december? if i kept this up. and could i tone My gut.. I am trying to Look nice in this dress..

try to have a strict diet with fiber and grains with natural fruit juices and complex carbohydrates exercise everyday for an hour and maybe try yoga it may make you lose weight and be confident hoped i helped
also eat small portions every other hours to keep you from getting hungry , hungry means more eating and no fats fast food or try less fried foods
