okay so im a sophmore . 5'3 and weigh 170. i want to loose weight by april 9 . and tomaorw im gonna start eating majorly healthy, i ve been on a diet before so i know what im doing and no people i dont starve myself. i do however skip breakfast, but only bcuz when i eat breakfast i always puke it up. my tummy no good in mornings =[ lol , but usually for lunch i am drink milk or/ and water, and eat a serving of fruit and a serving of veggies. dinner is gonna be just a ham sandwhich with mustard or and lowfat freezer meal , you know healthy stuff, and im gonna walk everyday for 30 minutes. and 15 mins of like jumprope, and other workout routines [lunges, situp, etc.] but i know like before i just ate right not exercise and in about 4 months i lost 20lbs. from just eating healthy not working out at all... so by adding exercise and eating even healthier do you think i could drop 20 by april? and if you guys have any sugggestion workout routeines, health eating .. let me know =] thanks guyss!!!
haha ooops, i meant ham sandwhich or freezer meal... switch up on nights

freezer meaals = BIG no no, they contain soo many trans fats & saturated fats even if they claim to be healthy.. i am one of those self conscious people that is paranoid about eating healthy and have just been looking at all the websites about what foods to eat and which not to, but good luck(: x

Eating Healthy is only part of the equation, and while exercise is important, the most important part is Cardio. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. Its gonna be hard, you might hate it, but its gonna work and work well. Have fun at prom

Whatever is working, keep up. If it stops, switch around sime of the workouts or eating.

You can do it! Stick with what you're doing. However, a ham sandwich AND a freezer meal? You should move the sandwich to lunch and just have a freezer meal and some veggies or a piece of fruit for dinner.
