weird to go on a cruise with just my dad and mom when im 19?

So my dad and stepmom invited me to go on a cruise with them. Im not too close with them, theyre kind of weird and he lives out of state.. and normally my 2 sisters (i am very close with) come with me on vacations and im not allowed to bring a friend wither. But my sisters cant come this year, so itd be just me! Im 19 years old, and a little too old to hand out with "daddy" all the time for a week, so do you think i should go stilll tho? I feel like itll be weird to be all by myself on a cruise.. everyone always goes with people..?
(ps. as i read how i worded this, i hope it doesnt come off as ungrateful in any way!) :)

WOW that's wonderful, you are so lucky that you have a step-mom that loves you just as much as your father does. Go on this cruise, enjoy yourself and don't feel weird about it. I know I would go in a heart beat with my Dad and step-mom, but that will never happened since my step-mom has atomicity towards all my brothers and sisters even towards my father's grandchildren.

So your father choose well to marry a woman with such a warm heart. Take this time to get to know them. It could be a wonderful opportunity for the 3 of you

No, I really don't think so. In regards to you not knowing them well, I think it would be a wonderful opportunity to get to know them better! You could just hang out at the pool with your stepmom and make some pleasant conversation, or if you wanted, just tan by yourself or something. There is not a ton to do on cruises, but if it is only a week, I'm sure it would be great bonding time and that your stepmom and dad would both really appreciate it. I totally get what you are saying about hanging with daddy, and how that could be weird. I would still go though. You could hang out with your parents for some of the time, be by yourself for some of the time... I would just balance it out. A cruise is a great opportunity though, and I wouldn't pass it up. Besides, you may end up meeting one or two people you can hang out with!

you think he's weird and your not close to them. Why would you go on a vacation with them? If you do your just using him. Is that really the kind of person you are? You like taking advantage of people?

yeah, free holiday and you can perv at hotties on deck. most cruises are all in affairs but you can escape them on port excursions. Its only a week and its not a saga cruise. And if its a ship not run by an american company you can have drinks!
